从零开始学习使用keras-yolov3
进行图片的目标检测,比较详细地记录了准备以及训练过程,提供一个信号灯的目标检测模型训练实例,并提供相关代码与训练集。
DEMO测试
YOLO
提供了模型以及源码,首先使用YOLO
训练好的权重文件进行快速测试,首先下载权重文件

的版本库clone
到本地,本次测试的commit id

安装各种依赖,缺啥就安啥,注意依赖版本对应,以下版本仅供参考

文件,将darknet
的yolo
转换为可以用于keras
的h5
文件,生成的文件被保存在model_data
下,此外convert.py
和yolov3.vfg
在git clone
后的根目录已经给出,不需要单独下载。

本次测试是进行图片的目标检测,注意当参数为--image
时会忽略所有位置参数,也就是说当进行图片检测时每次都需要手动输入位置,当然这可以以后通过自行构建代码修改
python yolo_video.py --image
之后会出现Input image filename:
我是放到./img/3.jpg
下,于是就直接将路径输入
稍等一会就可以识别完成
模型训练
准备数据集
首先需要准备好目录结构,可以在 http://host.robots.ox.ac.uk/pascal/VOC/voc2007/ 中下载VOC2007
数据集,然后删除其中所有的文件,仅保留目录结构,也可以手动建立如下目录结构
然后将所有的图片放置在JPEGImages
目录下,然后在
https://github.com/tzutalin/labelImg 下载labelImg
标注工具,此工具是为了将图片框选标注后生成XML
文件,使用labelImg
打开图片,标注好后将图片生成的XML
文件放置于Annotations
文件夹内,保存的名字就是图片的名字。
准备训练文件
在VOCdevkit/VOC2007
下建立一个python
文件,将代码写入并运行,即会在VOCdevkit/VOC2007/ImageSets/Main
下生成四个txt

在VOCdevkit
的上层目录,我目前的目录结构为Train
下,建立python
文件并运行,生成三个txt
文件,注意,此处代码需要将classes
更改成需要训练的类别,我只需要训练person
一类,所以此处数组中只有person

接下来将Train
目录下所有的文件复制到git clone
后的目录下,此时的文件目录结构是这样的
修改参数
此时需要修改model_data/coco_classes.txt
与voc_classes.txt
文件,这两个文件都是需要存放训练类别的,同样我只是训练person
类别,此处只有一行person
。
接下来修改yolov3.cfg
,假如你不需要加载预训练的权重,那么此文件是没有必要修改的,此文件是为生成yolo_weights.h5
作配置的,在此文件中搜索yolo
,会有三处匹配,都是相同的更改方式,以第一次匹配举例,三处注释位置,也就是共需改动9

训练模型
之后就可以开始训练了,因为我一开始暂时没有数据,就随便找了几张图片标注后试了一下,因为不足十张,外加我在构建VOC
数据集时又划分了一下数据集与训练集,而train.py
又默认将数据划分了0.1
的训练集,不足十张乘0.1
取整就是0
,导致我一直报错,此处一定要注意,一定要有验证集,也就是至少需要有两张图片,一张作为训练集一张作为验证集,否则运行train.py
时会报错KeyError: 'val_loss'
,运行train_bottleneck.py
会报错IndexError: list index out of range
,此外还需要注意的是需要手动建立logs/000/
目录,防止保存模型时无法找到目录而抛出异常。训练一般使用train.py
就可以了,对于出现的问题多多去看看github

当模型训练完成后,就可以加载模型进行图片测试了

此后就需要不断开始优化参数并训练了,其实在目录中有很多文件是用不到的或者是使用一次后就一般不会再用到了,可以备份一下代码后适当精简目录结构。
模型训练实例
从百度下载了50
张信号灯的图片作训练集,实例仅为模型训练的Demo
,数据集比较小,相关信息仅供参考。

数据集中的红灯比较多,所以训练结果中红灯的置信度为0.60
